Technical consulting between data, layout and implementation
Our project work combines analytical and spatial tasks. Typical questions range from preparing volume and process data to space and material-flow analysis and the development and evaluation of layout alternatives. Consultants work with the customer's specialist departments, prepare decisions transparently and document assumptions, results and next steps.
A project does not start with a ready-made solution. First, the objective, system boundary and available data are clarified. Models, alternatives or measures are then developed, reviewed and refined with the project team. Technical understanding, structured thinking, clear communication and an interest in real production and logistics processes are therefore important.
What to prepare for an application
